DURC

Since 1 July 2015, anyone with an interest may verify, through a single query and in real time, a company's contribution compliance with regard to:

• Inps
• Inail
• Construction workers' funds (Casse edili), for companies classified or classifiable for social security purposes in the industrial or craft sector under construction activities, as well as for companies applying the relevant national collective bargaining agreement signed by the organisations that are, for each side, comparatively the most representative.

The contribution compliance document must be requested through the "Durc On Line" service, indicating the tax code (codice fiscale) of the party to be verified and the certified email (Pec) address at which to receive updates on the status of the request.
